     3. Reasons and Conditions for Construction: 

     Zhaojia Bao is the only castle built by the extinguish clan in the world; whose land occupation area is 173mu, wall circumvallation is 1082 meter. It is an infrequent ancient castle imitating the style of Song Dynasty in our country and is the national relics reserve unit. It nears the Yi’an Bao and the Lantingzhen Mansion, which are also the national relics reserve unit. If the three cities are developed integrally at the same time, the “three cities scenic spots in Wuli” can be formed. “Zhaojia Bao” has one of the three crossings of the Zhangzhao Highway in Zhangpu, which is only 1.5km far from the scenic spot of Zhaojia Bao. It is only 37km far from the county town of Zhangpu and 70km far from Xiamen. Zhaojia Bao is only 20km far from the Zhangzhou coastal volcano geological park in the north, and is only 18km far from the Tianfu stone carving park in the south, these three large scenic spots belong to the same tourism loop and share the rich visitors market each other. The project will become a shining point of human landscape in China with good brand effect and high culture grade.

     4. Constructive Scale and Contents: 

     1.It is planned to repair the Zhaojia Bao based on criteria of keeping the ancient original architecture style and ended at the outside wall of Zhaojia Bao. The planned repairing construction area is 15316m2, road 2600m and inside and outside lotus pool 5333m2.

     2. Repairing Yi’an Bao and Lnatingzhen Mansion to form the “three cities in Wuli” scenic area

Developing and Constructing the scenic spots around Zhaojia Bao based on the claim of high rank and high jumping-off point, includes the construction of tourism matching facilities such as town planning projects, public service, and service establishments. The total land occupation area of the project is 2500mu.
