3. Reasons and Conditions for Construction: 

Liu’ao abstract gallery in Zhangpu is a coast scene of weathering granite. The Loaya Hill with an altitude of only 72 meter stands on the white sand beach, whose east stands a half-weathering white granite, which presents a unique geologic geomorphologic landscape after the baptism of surf and sand blown by wind through thousands of years. The granite studded with red brown geometry patterns whose shapes like modern abstract designs with special grains, various configuration and disorder figure. The red brown grains formed by special mineral materials present florid figures among the ravine extended in all directions. The various animal figures presented by the granite are different, strange and vivid, as it were an art masterpiece of modern abstract school of painting. The sea corroding and weathering granite and abstract rock painting cluster in Laoya Hill is an unusual seashore sight in our country, and is praised as the “abstract gallery”. The 9-km smooth and excellent golden sand beach in Liu’ao Peninsula and the unique wind power electricity generating scene as well as the verdant shelterbelt are also infrequent landscapes in our country.

The land occupation area is 2000mu. To construct sightseeing area of sea corroding landform, and to build seashore bathhouse and leisure resort.

7. Economic Benefit Analysis: 

It is predicted to accept 500 thousand person-times each year to realize the annual income as 10 million Dollars. The investment can be paid back in 5 years.
